dropped off stuff in hotel in exactly same room as last time lol
walked around and found the cavern - 2nd night in a row for me
super talented guitarist/singer dude playing classics including the beatles
nice suprise
as the cavern is underground i didnt receive bishops txts til i got outside about 40 minutes after he arrived and started waiting for us at the train station lol
oh well
if i did have signal we wouldve missed alot of the awesome guitarist guy

eventually foudn burger king mmmm, whopper meal with large drink, large chips and my burger had not just beef but cheese, ketchup, bacon and barbeque sauce on although he wouldnt put pepperoni or chicken on it :(
found the krazy house
some great games of pool - i owned :P phill n bish kept quiet about that lol muahahaha
danced about a bit on floors 1 and 2. such great floors
loads of pretty young ladies :D

started getting tired at about 3 so walked back to the hotel n got some kip
bargain hotel at £5 each nice find phill
got up at 10 to get train back to warrington for work

Thursday 1st August 2007 - Liverpool - Cavern Club and Krazy House
Train to Liverpool. Surprised how near the train is to the hotel. I guess
once you get familiar with areas they dont seem as big as at first.
Dump shit down in hotel - exact same room as last time :-O. Lucky to get
another £15 room especially the week of my bday and shortly before petes.
Head off to the "krazyhouse area"
We took petes "quickest route" to the krazyhouse to end up on mathew street
lol. Good place to start off. Cavern club it is. 3 years after Travis, kinda
strange walking back in.
Got a good vibe to the place, nice candles and comfy stools
A bit of a pricey but nice bud to kick the night off
Chill out watching a great cover acoustic guitarist. Set appropriate
dominated by Liverpool classics from Beatles and George Harrison. Especially
liked like a rolling stone, here comes the sun and a nice singalong to hey
jude to wrap things off.

Pop into the john lennon bar. Unfortunately it's pretty dead. Maybe we were
too early of cos its not the weekend. Pete's phone goes bewerk. Bish had
been waiting at station for us for 40 mins but we cudnt receive a signal in
cavern underground. Ooooops!
Hold in a piss and dash to meet bish at Lime Street.
Dash back to hotel to have that well earned piss.
Time to move to the krazyhouse!
What's a man to do to get someone to take his coat?! After about ten mins I
finally get to put my coat in clockroom
The usual bunch of good games of pool. Dont remember results even though
pete thinks he thrashed us!!!
And so begins the adventures of a man and his bud.
K2 time!! The usual awesome tracks. Good to hear Arctic monkeys played a lot
so soon after the gig. Feeder!! Killers!! Nirvana!! And so on...
K1 wasnt as bad tonight with a few good tunes mixed in.
Back up to K2 for more great tunes. Chill out to Oasis Champagne Supernova
at end of the night before one final Verve Bitter Sweet Symphony!!
Head back to hotel. Woke up at like 7:30 thinking it was a lot later cos
bish had left curtains open!! Back to sleep until hear petes alarm go off.
Back to sleep until my alarm goes off. Pete gone wake bish up about ten mins
before we need get out of room lol. Train back to Warrington with a 70p
paper and water :-)
